Tregenna Castle, St Ives
Yesterday we mixed a bit of business with pleasure in sunny St Ives, Cornwall for the wedding reception of Kirsty & Paul (aka Zaz) at Tregenna Castle. (Wow – a very impressive wedding venue!) There are great views across the harbour, loads of choices of accommodation and it has plenty of parking ( a big bonus in St Ives!)

The newlyweds were such a really nice easy going couple, so too were their wedding party all down from the jolly Midlands. You can’t beat a lovely friendly atmosphere like this at a wedding! No spirits needed for the high spirits!
I’m always into the creativity behind a wedding – you’ll always find me checking out those thoughtful extra touches and Kirsty’s ideas were so clever. I hear she loved planning her wedding so much that she would love to do it for a vocation!
Ladies in wigs ‘working it’ in the booth!
For me… the proper wedding showstoppers on the day were 1/ Kirsty’s ‘lighter than air’ bridal gown – she really looked so lovely! 2/ The massive sea views were amazing! You’re on a big hill at the castle and you just can’t beat the views 3/ it was a perfect sunny day – everyone was pleased to see that Mother Nature pulled out all the stops for this special occasion, 4/There was an amazing rock band – everyone was either dancing on the dance floor or dancing in the photo booth, 5/ There were delicious pulled pork sarnies (I am told by expert Laurence who had no trouble making one disappear – who can resist the nation’s favourite snack? 6/ There were no seagulls!! How do they do that? And last but definitely not least – everyone’s favourite, the vw camper photo booth.
Rock band mark II – in action!
You know the saying for Photo booth Club, what happens inside the photo booth stays inside the photo booth? That is until you go online at see all the pics at http://photos.yellowbooth.co.uk/event-photos/2015-08-06-kirsty-paul/
Thank you so much Kirsty & Paul for having us! Hope you have a safe journey home and come back and see us soon! Caz & Laurence xx
