Upon spending some time with the happy newly weds you didn’t have to be Sherlock Holmes to sense the reason why they booked our VW camper van booth for their reception. Aside from Headland Road in Newquay I’ve never seen so many VW vans as we did in the venue car park!
The bride, Becks, looked incredible in taffeta! What a stunner!!
A wooden guest book! Look at that craft work!
There was a stylish wood covered personalized actual guest book and the biggest skateboard I’d ever seen stretched across the couple’s guest book table – I loved that everyone was encouraged to scribble away their messages across the back of it! Something for everyone at this ‘do’!
Have pint will photo booth!
I had to laugh! I’m always on the look out for drinks being snuck into the photo booth – but I couldn’t resist letting this one go as the couple seemed ‘in control’ and sober and they asked if they could toast the bride & groom with their beverages (the promise of no spills subsided my fears of ruined curtains). But I had to laugh when the fella pulled me to one side and said (pointing at his fancy dress) “Er, out of interest, what part of this ‘get-up’ convinces you that we’re sober?”
Ladies … in disguise!
Anyone out there looking for a wedding venue with a difference should definitely look up Ocean Kave – it is contemporary, stylish and stunning. The O K team are really nice people and there’s the promise of a sunset during the later hours of the wedding day (and hint, hint, we’d be only too happy to pop along with our photo booth, too!)
…introducing the brand new Mr & Mrs Watson!
The wedding reception of Becks and Mark Watson was a ‘sweet’ gig – 4 hours of fun inside and outside of the booth! All the pics taken on the night can be viewed at http://photos.yellowbooth.co.uk/ – read em and weep! I do!
Our best wishes go out to such a great couple!! love Caz (& Laurence) x
