Date Changes

For any event which is affected by Covid, we offer date changes at no charge and where we cannot attend your new date, we offer a full refund including the booking fee. Date changes for any other reason are discretionary.

Booth Size & Requirements

Our standard photo booths measure 1.2m in depth, 2.1 metres in length and just over 2 metres in height. We require a 3m space to allow access to the front of the booth, a standard 13 amp socket within 5 metres of where the booth will be situated and an additional table for your props and guest book (if applicable). This area must be sheltered from the elements - our units are not suitable for outside use.

Insurance / Liability

We are covered by Public Liability Insurance to the value of £10 million and our equipment is PAT tested. Photo Booth Solutions Ltd liability will be limited to the price of the booking.

Other T&Cs

We require an initial booking fee with the balance becoming payable 4 weeks before the event - if you prefer to pay by cash on the day this is required prior to setting up.

Your booth is available for photo sessions for the hours shown on this booking form. Additional active hours can be purchased on the day if required.

Guests may use the booth as many times as they would like within the hire period.

Whilst we encourage the fun use of the booth, if we feel that the booth is not being treated in a respectful manner we will ask politely that the guest leave the booth.

In the unlikely event of a booth malfunction, a pro-rata refund will be issued based on the booked running hours and the hours the booth functioned with the exception of a printer malfunction, where the photos will be posted out the following day. We do carry many spares and use the highest quality equipment so a problem such as this is not only highly unlikely but has never happened in the 3 years we have been providing photo booths.

We will not accept any threatening behaviour, unfortunately if this does occur we will have to cease the use of the booth and dismantle with no refund. Please don't worry - this has never happened and we would hope it never will!

Where Ground Floor (free) has been specified on the booking form above and delivery includes transporting the booth up or down stairs, the running time will be reduced by 30 minutes.
